An Airblue Airbus A321-200, registration AP-BMW performing flight PA-201 from Islamabad to Karachi (Pakistan), was on approach to Karachi's runway 25R when a bird impacted the nose of the aircraft. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 25R.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Karachi about 33 hours after landing.
