What are Clinserts®?

A Clinsert is a wear‑resistant threaded insert designed to reinforce or repair tapped holes. Machined from high‑strength steel, a Clinsert screws into a pre‑tapped hole providing vibration‑resistant internal threads that withstand high torque and frequent assembly cycles. Once installed, it greatly enhances thread strength, prevents stripping, and ensures long‑lasting performance in demanding applications.

Qualities of Clinserts®

• High strength threaded inserts made from stainless steel 1.4305 or AISI303.
• Can be used in alloys, light materials, steel and cast iron to give increased thread strength in these materials.
• Clinserts® have a positive mechanical lock against rotation and vibration when Clins are installed.
