A Delta Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration N6715C performing flight DL-1450 from Atlanta,GA to New Orleans,LA (USA) with 194 people on board, was descending through about FL150 on approach to New Orleans when the crew declared emergency advising they were down to one generator only and needed to get onto the ground without delay. The aircraft landed safely on runway 11 about 15 minutes later.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 10 hours before returning to service.
