An Indigo Airbus A321-200N, registration VT-NCV performing flight 6E-1452 from Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to Mumbai (India), was enroute at FL310 over the Arabian Sea when the aircraft descended to FL230 and diverted to Rajkot (India) for a safe landing on runway 23 about one hour after leaving FL310.

The airline reported a technical issue.
