A BoA Boliviana de Aviacion Boeing 737-700, registration CP-2924 performing flight OB-739 from Sao Paulo Guarulhos,SP (Brazil) to Santa Cruz (Bolivia) with 100 people on board, was climbing through FL180 out of Sao Paulo's runway 10L when the crew stoppd the climb due to an engine (CFM56) problem and decided to return to Guarulhos for a safe landing on runway 10L about 30 minutes after departure.
The airline reported the aircraft experienced a technical issue in one of its engines.
The flight was cancelled.
