The aircraft landed safely on Lyon's runway 17L about 25 minutes later.
The airline reported passenger's power bank overheated and caught fire in a seat. Cabin crew secured the device into a Lithium Safe Bag. The crew decided to divert to Lyon as a precaution. The passengers were taken to hotels and rebooked onto other flight the following day.
