A KLM Embraer ERJ-195-E2, registration PH-NXH performing flight KL-1985 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Belgrade (Serbia), was climbing out of Amsterdam when the crew stopped the climb at FL280 and subsequently decided to return to Amsterdam reporting an electrical failure. The crew advised ATC they were performing a normal landing. The aircraft landed safely on Amsterdam's runway 18R about 70 minutes after departure.
