A United Airbus A321-200N, registration N54561 performing flight UA-2803 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Denver,CO (USA), was descending towards Denver when the crew reported three of their flight attendants had become sick and had been replaced by "deadheaders" and requested medical personnel to attend to the aircraft after landing, they did not know what caused this. The aircraft landed on Denver's runway 16L and taxied to the apron.

The aircraft continued for its next sector on time.
