A Wingo Boeing 737-800, registration HP-1523CMP performing flight P5-7617 from Cartagena to Medellin (Colombia), was enroute at FL310 about 110nm southwest of Cartagena when the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL120 due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft returned to Cartagena for a safe landing on runway 19 about 50 minutes later.

The aircraft returned to service about 57 hours after landing.
